This policy explains what information PushMeUp collects through this website (pushmeup.app) and the beta signup form, how it is used, and the choices you have. We keep it short and plain because that is how we would want it explained to us.
Who we are
PushMeUp is a social motivation app, currently in early access. This policy covers the marketing website and the beta signup. The mobile apps will have their own privacy details provided in the app and on the App Store and Google Play.
Information we collect
- The website: the site is a set of static pages. We do not run advertising trackers or set marketing cookies. Our hosting and network providers (GitHub Pages and Cloudflare) may automatically process limited technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the site securely and reliably.
- Beta signup: when you tap "Join the beta" you are taken to a form hosted by Tally. If you choose to submit it, we receive the information you provide, such as your email address, your device platform (iPhone or Android), and any optional answer you add.
How we use it
- To send you a beta invite and occasional updates about early access.
- To understand who is interested and improve PushMeUp.
- To respond to your feedback and questions.
We do not sell your personal information.
Services we rely on
We use a small number of trusted providers to run the site and signup:
- Tally: hosts the beta signup form and stores your responses.
- GitHub Pages: hosts the website.
- Cloudflare: provides the domain, DNS, and security.
Each of these processes data under its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep beta signup information for as long as the beta program is active, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you have given us, or to stop contacting you, at any time. Just email us and we will take care of it.
Children
PushMeUp is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
If we make meaningful changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, let beta testers know.
