These terms are the agreement between you and PushMeUp for using our app and website. By using PushMeUp, you agree to them. We have tried to keep them short and clear.
Using PushMeUp
- You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use PushMeUp.
- You are responsible for your account and for what you post.
- PushMeUp is in beta, so features may change, be added, be removed, or occasionally break.
Community rules
PushMeUp only works if people feel safe. When you use it, you agree not to:
- Post content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, threatening, or harmful.
- Post content that endangers or exploits children. See our Child Safety Standards.
- Spam, impersonate others, or otherwise misuse the app.
We may remove content and suspend or permanently ban accounts that break these rules.
Your content
- You keep ownership of what you post.
- You give us permission to host and show your content so the app can work, for example to display your posts and the pushes they receive to other people.
- Only post content you have the right to share.
Privacy
Your use of PushMeUp is also covered by our Privacy Policy.
The service is provided "as is"
PushMeUp is provided as is, especially during beta. We do not promise it will always be available, complete, or error-free, and to the extent allowed by law we are not liable for indirect or incidental damage arising from your use of it.
Ending your use
You can stop using PushMeUp at any time and delete your account. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date above and, for meaningful changes, let users know.
